1. Who we are
DigitPulse ("we", "us") provides web hosting, domain registration and SSL certificate services, and is operated by Zettaz Global LLC. By ordering or using a service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must give accurate contact details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Services and billing
Prices are shown at the time of order and are billed for the period you choose. Orders are processed through our billing partner, and payment is taken on their secure page. Services renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Domain registrations are subject to the registry and registrar rules for each extension.
4. Free trial, migration and refunds
Eligible shared hosting plans include a 30-day free trial. Free website migration applies to annual plans. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the cancellation and refund policy shown during checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful content or activity, to send unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, to attack or probe other systems, or in a way that harms the performance or security of our network or other customers. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules, and will tell you why wherever we can.
6. Resources and fair use
Plans described as unlimited are provided for normal website and email use and are subject to the technical limits listed for each plan, such as CPU allowance. We may ask you to reduce usage that affects other customers.
7. Backups
We take automated backups of hosted accounts. Access to backups is limited by your plan's storage allowance. If your usage exceeds it, contact support and we will help with a one-time restore. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
8. Uptime and support
We aim for 99.9% uptime on our hosting plans and respond to support tickets within 60 minutes. Scheduled maintenance, events outside our control and problems caused by your own content or configuration are not counted against these targets.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and contact
