When you order, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, postal address and the domain names you register or host. When you use our services we also process the technical data needed to run them, such as IP addresses and server logs. For domain registrations, contact details are shared with the registry as required for each extension.
Payments
Payments are handled by our billing partner on their own secure page. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and support your services, process orders and renewals, send service and billing notices, keep our network secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us deliver the service: our upstream hosting platform, data center and billing partners, and domain registries. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
This website
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed and approximate region. We do not use it for advertising. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are not measured unless they consent. The order form is provided by our platform partner and may set cookies that are needed to complete your order.
Retention and security
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long afterwards as needed for billing, legal and security reasons. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.
Your choices
